This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Zavn, operated by 109 INTENDENCIA, LLC. It covers pet bowls, feeding bowls, slow feeders, bowl stands, removable inserts, and travel bowl sets sold through this store.

Return Window and Condition

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Product condition accepted for return: new only.
  • Exchanges are accepted when the replacement item is available.
  • Return method: by mail.

Pet Feeding Product Return Eligibility

Returned items should be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging plus all included bowls, inserts, stands, clips, or rubber base pieces. Items with food residue, water marks, pet hair, bite marks, missing parts, or signs of feeding use may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives cracked, dented, missing an insert, missing a stand, incorrect in color, or different from the order, contact care@zavn.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the item, packaging, label, and visible issue.

How To Start a Return

  1. Email care@zavn.shop with the order number, item name, and return reason.
  2. Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
  3. Pack all bowl pieces securely and include every component from the original package.
  4. Mail eligible returns to: 10 Portofino Dr Gulf Breeze, FL, 32561 United States.

Labels, Fees, and Refunds

  • Return label: included in the package, free.
  • Restocking fee: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments.
  • Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission.

Exchanges and Cancellations

Exchanges depend on availability of the requested bowl type, color, size, capacity, or set format. Cancellation requests can be reviewed before an order enters fulfillment. Once shipped, the customer may request a return after delivery.
